Mini Cooper!

it's still at the dealership being "prepped" for us...but we pick it up on Monday at 1pm! Very exciting! Isn't she cute? I am not sure what her name is yet...but once I drive her...it will come to me!

Connor learned how to squirt the spray bottle this week...and so he now happily sprays Bonnie and she climbs down to his level to play...Connor sprays...and then they both dance, and then she gets a shower, then some more dance!

So happy with his crib!

and as I update the website, I can see Connor on the video baby monitor and he is sound asleep in the long awaited crib!

Some have suggested that it's time for a bed for the little guy...but as long as he sleeps as good as he does...in the crib he stays!

Also...we have a very dangerous marble staircase not far from his room, so for now, he's safer too in the crib :)

Finally....what took them so long to put it together!

The movers lost the screws to Connor's crib...so he's been in a pack and play for 7 months now...poor kid! He was so happy when he saw the crib in his room!

We contacted the manufacturer and for a nominal fee, they sent the hardware to us! Which was a relief bc we couldn't match up the proper screws here in Spain bc of difference with US measures!

This is what Connor was wearing when I picked him up from school! Pink pants and a funny shirt...he got his uniform wet and then also the change of clothes that was in his backpack...so they put him in spare clothes!!! Poor Connor was wearing girl pants!

As per Auntie Bean's comment below, how could I not give Connor's favorite Aunt credit for his ABC's and 123's! It is my fault for not acknowledging her beautiful singing voice and Super Nannyness that has helped Connor to be a baby genius!

Baby genius!

Connor is officially singing his A,B,C's...the whole song plus "now I know my ABC's, next time won't you sing with me!"

He also is counting to ten pretty regularly. Especially when we climb up the stairs, he loves to count them!

This all started about one week ago, and Scott didn't believe me. But now it is obvious that he's counting and singing the ABC song...it's crazy!

I have to give credit to our Leapfrog toys...the singing ones....I think having all his toys back was so exciting and he keeps playing with the one's that sing and count!

Connor's school uniform!!!

Our landlord helped us get Connor into the preschool across the street! Connor went today for about one hour to meet his teachers and it seemed to go ok.

He will be going from 9am-noon probably 3 days a week to start. If we really like it, he might go a little longer.

He has to wear the school uniform...this is the summer uniform of blue shorts and the school t-shirt. It's super cute to see all these little kids running around in their uniforms!

Not only will Connor get to play with kids his age, but will be learning Spanish too! Very exciting!
