Breaking news...

Amelia is actively doing some sign language...today she's done the sign for "more" and for "eat"...very funny since food is her favorite thing! She's been doing milk for a while...which is also what she uses for bird too...the sign for bird is your first finger and thumb together to make a beak...she really tries though! And she was also barking like a dog when the neighbors dog would bark! When I would ask her, "how does the doggy go?" She would do her version of "woof!"

If it's not the baby getting into trouble...it's the bird...I left for one minute and she destroyed my toast! She had the entire slice of toast in her foot...it was bigger than her!

I have now attempted to make lasagna 3 times in my life....this one is the best attempt so far...recipe from Carmines in NYC...still something off...the meat sauce is really good but it's the marinara sauce leaving me less than thrilled, but not bad!

Are you kidding me!? Trying to climb...no no I say...babies aren't allowed to act this way! Poor Amelia, she's going to keep hearing, "well, Connor never did that!"

And yesterday we said goodbye to Granny the Nanny, Natasha the Washa, Heenor the Cleanor, and Gopher the Chaufeur...Scott and I couldn't have gotten through the surgery and road to recovery without their help. They may be a little tired from the 6 weeks of craziness here...but we're so grateful for all they did for us...hopefully the jetlag won't be too bad and they can recover easily!

Notice Amelia took off her headband and it's in her hand! We have to start-up a new headband boot camp : )

Sorry that I can't edit to shorten the clip...but my new water camera takes video in quicktime...and Windows Movie Maker won't let me edit these clips...will figure it out later...but enjoy Clyde's high dive performance! Look closely, at the beginning, he's climbing the ladder!

Connor really can't get enough of his little sister...he's such a good big brother!

Taking a bath...totally makes sense and since Connor was up for it...it's a two for one deal! And water conservation too!

Heads together! This is something Connor did when he was a baby...and now Amelia will lean in to do it too...it's kind of a hug and very cute! And below is a kiss...looks like she's biting his nose...but nope, it's a messy kiss!
