Friday morning at the Grand Canyon with all of us!

Ok...I am way too close to the edge there with the baby!!!

Do not even think about trying to help me...I can do it by myself!

We had a fussy girl this morning in the Grand Canyon...we think it was just too much sun and heat for her even though we weren't there very long...once we got back into the car, she was happy!  Still refused to sleep in the car, but she was happy at least!

Back in Williams for dinner on Thursday night...Amelia had a super long daytime nap at the hotel so Scott's mission to get her rested was successful!

She was very excited to pet the horse!

Williams is a super cute little town...Scott and Amelia explored it while we were at the canyon...glad we got to spend some time there!

I wanted to get Amelia's picture with a cowboy...was hoping for a different background though!

Connor asked me why I was taking a picture of the picture...well it's because I didn't feel like paying $35 for this so it's just to capture the memory!

After our bus tour, we had about an hour left to walk around on our own before it was time to board the train back to Williams...

The El Tovar hotel inside Grand Canyon National Park...this is the oldest hotel there...next time...we'll stay here!

Even though I would have liked to stay inside the park for the night...I wouldn't change the way we did this trip because the train ride was so much fun!

Our passenger service agent asked Connor if he knew about the Polar Express...and he said that he was no Tom Hanks but he'd give it a try...pretty cool what he did to the ticket!
