I decided to bring a Tortilla Espanola to work tomorrow...and lost the first batch of potatoes to a slippery strainer that tipped over in the sink😕 So I had 4 potatoes left to give it one more try...and it turned out so pretty!

Connor lounging in the pool for another evening swim and says, "this is the life!" Enjoying the pool he is...and Amelia is in bed so he's having some quiet swim time while I hang out in the lounge chair ...house needs to be cleaned, laundry needs to be done but an evening swim has priority tonight!

Twins!  Amelia thought that she looked like the short haired Rapunzel toward the end of the movie because her hair was pulled back and looked short!  She was ok with that!  She was actually very shy with the Princesses!  When we left, she said she was shy because they are just so beautiful!
