Connor finished "Treasure Island" last night...he didn't do much reading over the break...last 2 days before school, he was super stressed. And then determined to finish the book so he could take a reading test today. He used an audible so he would read along...kind of like an old book on tape! But it helped change it up a bit and made it more interesting 😉

A gift from a co-worker for Amelia! Her daughter is in middle school and decided she didn't need these American Girl doll clothes anymore. She gave Amelia 4 outfits plus a little puppy and American Girl hairbrush! Amelia was so excited! Immediately changed Anna Rose when we got home into a new outfit!

We went to visit little Klydie bird this afternoon...she's such a cute little bird! Her poor little head is still tilted...but she straightened it out a few times. She is eating and drinking, and seems to be adjusting to her new angle! Granny and Clyde are giving her antibiotics...if she does start to straighten out more, maybe it was an ear infection and not a mini-stroke. We don't know her exact age, but she's about 18. So she's an old bird for a cockatiel!
