Knock, knock...Who's there? Harry. Harry who? Harry Birthday! That's Connor's joke he made up back in Hawaii for his friend Jimmy's birthday card!

"Harry" Birthday Connor!  That is what he requested to be written on his Harry Potter themed cakes!

There are 3 cupcake styles that I made...I felt like I was on cupcake wars for the past two nights!  The cauldron cake with a marshmallow center, the wizard hat and the glasses/wand cakes...thanks to my sister for inventing a method for the Harry Potter glasses that we made from black fondant!   And a simple yellow cake in the middle with the chocolate dipped pretzel wand and some glasses as decor!  And a stack of chocolate pretzel wands that all were different because the wand picks the wizard...there are no two wands alike : )

Butterbeer!

Goody bag treats included some Harry Potter glasses, Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans and a homemade chocolate frog!

Swimming, jumping and 4 wheeling with new friends for some birthday fun!

New friend...Tyler just moved here too and his family will be here for one year just like us!   We were glad they came over to help us celebrate!

Love how Amelia is mid-air in this pic!  She loves to jump!  Maybe she'll be an Olympic jumper one day!

With Emma, Alex, Tyler and Gabby just before they left...thought it was fun with the Harry Potter glasses : )

Birthday silliness and fun!

Happy Birthday Connoroo!!!

This gift was Scott's idea...

Connor covering the red sox name bc we prefer other teams!

We got 4 free tickets for tonight's game from the MWR ticket office...they randomly receive tickets and Scott got there while some tickets were left.  Scott and Clyde stayed home with Mimi and got some things done around the house because they are so nice : )   And we enjoyed the Tigers beating the Red Sox!  Even though we had to listen to the end on the radio on our way home!

With Auntie Bean and the green monster!

Helmet sundae on our way out!

Had to start heading out at the 6th inning, it was after 9pm already and a 1.5 hour drive back to RI...but it was fun!

Every time the crowd started chanting, "Let's go Red Sox," Connor would yell at the top of his lungs, "Let's go Tigers!"  The Tigers are my 2nd favorite baseball team because I worked for them my senior year of college...so it was fun to root for them tonight and for them to win!   And to see Cecil Fielder's son, Prince...who hit a home run while we were there!
